Mark Denner is a Senior Consultant at Fireman & Company with twenty years of experience consulting around legal industry technologies. Mark leads projects around document management, law firm risk management and enterprise search, and he focuses on aligning technology and information governance.
Mark is a specialist in large-scale document management migrations and a subject matter expert in law firm conflicts data. He assists firms and law departments through system selection, information governance roadmaps and legal taxonomy development. He also leads firms through multi-year engagements to move toward the need-to-know security model. He has significant implementation expertise in DMS technologies from iManage and NetDocuments and is also certified in the full range of Intapp’s risk and data management technologies such as Intapp Open and Integrate.
Mark is based in New York City and has worked with some of the largest and most prestigious international law firms and corporate legal departments in the United States and abroad.
