Nicole is a Fireman & Company consultant. She is a formally trained lawyer with a license to practice law in Massachusetts. In law school, she was part of the Legal Innovation and Technology Lab which focused on the intersection between technology and the law. It was through this program that Nicole found her passion for helping lawyers discover ways to run their practices more efficiently. She served as a NextGen Fellow within the American Bar Association’s Center for Innovation following law school where she created a website application that houses a master list of criminal justice resources throughout the state of Massachusetts.
In her current role, Nicole works with law firms to develop document management and knowledge management systems. She assists in the requirements gathering process by speaking with attorneys and law firm business associates.

- Created a website application to help the access to justice problem in Massachusetts by compiling a master list of criminal justice resources to educate lawyers on the best resources for their clients.
- Interviewed target users on what they wanted in an app and implemented ideas and requests.
- Negotiated and facilitated the takeover process with the Massachusetts Public Defenders Office.
- Used HTML and jquery mobile coding language to develop website applications.
